Project Management Institute (PMI) will conduct PMP exam preparation workshop will be held in Mumbai from March 29 to 30, 2014 and April 5-6, 2014. The four-day workshop will prepare industry professionals aspiring for PMP certification exam from PMI, USA. The programme will help the participants to understand structured project management methodology from PMI and empowers them to manage their projects successfully. Best practices of managing international projects across various domains will be discussed in details to ensure that participants are confident in managing various situations on day-to-day projects.
