RPG Life Sciences has appointed CT Renganathan as its Managing Director and an Additional Director for a term of three years with immediate effect.
“The Board has appointed CT Renganathan as an Additional Director and as the Managing Director for a term of three years with effect from January 2, 2015,” the company said in a BSE filing.
According to a report in PTI, in September 2014, RPG Life Sciences’ Managing Director, Ajit Singh Chouhan resigned. Chouhan continues to be a Director on the Board of the company.
